About Chuck Salem
Puerto Peñasco has been home to my family since 1976. My father, Charlie Salem, helped build the Las Conchas community from the ground up, bringing in utilities and helping shape what it is today. I’ve been proud to continue that legacy—not only as the current president of the Las Conchas HOA, but also through my work in real estate and property management.
I began selling real estate in 2002, back when the market was just starting to take off. I was one of the first to help formalize property sales through our local MLS, and since then, I’ve stayed focused on raising the standard of service and professionalism in our market.
As the owner of Océano Real Estate, I bring a local perspective, decades of experience, and a straightforward, honest approach. I know the communities here—because I’ve lived and worked in them most of my life.
