We have loved our almost 20 years in the Sonoran Sun Resort. The second floor has been ideal for us. We are close enough that we can hear the surf at night and can use the stairs if we want to, but the elevators are available as well. We have been part of the maintenance programs for the water heater and air conditioners. We have recently had the plumbing replaced to reduce the risk of leaks.
